Insurance Service
Insurance service is one of our most important advantages. In addition to standard insurance practices, we provide many contributions to our customers.
We do our best to ensure that all vehicles we transport are delivered in the best condition, but this does not mean that insurance is not needed. According to our principle, all vehicles must be insured during the transport process, either by the carrier or the owner, so that we can all sleep soundly.
Unless otherwise requested, all vehicles we drive are covered by full risk insurance (except for the risks of war and terrorism).
In case of any damage, all documentation and procedures are followed by us. Thus, our customers do not have to deal with diplomacy and procedures.
In line with our customer's preference and instruction, we either repair the damage and make the payment to the relevant service, or our customer repairs the vehicle and invoices us for the relevant cost. The process carried out with the insurance company is entirely under our responsibility.
